While I charge fees for complex travel planning services, there is no cost to simply book accommodations through me; the hotels & cruise lines pay me a commission when you check out. In turn, more value added to your travel investment like upgrades, complimentary daily breakfast and resort credits.

I take a consultative approach to travel design and am committed to learning more about you or the group, travel preferences & style, before I provide recommendations, in turn creating an itinerary built just for you.

Discovery
Discovery in-person meeting, phone call or email/texts - however YOU prefer to be communicated with. Preferably you've already completed our Trip Planning Form to assist in documenting and building out your travel profile for future trips! I want to learn about YOU - and your interests and ideas for the trip. We’ll discuss your budget as it relates to market pricing, then I’ll give you some of my immediate thoughts & ideas, and explain how I can help guide your plans.

Personalized Recommendations
Next, comes personalized recommendations - destinations, hotels or cruise lines to consider and quotes provided for any specific ideas we talk about.

design and planning
Then I get to work on your behalf! This will look different for every scenario. For individual travelers, it could mean booking the hotel & flights or building a full itinerary with touring & experiences layered in. For Groups, it could mean creating a personalized ‘trip itinerary” - an informational document to share with invited guests for your celebration trip. Or working on a hotel contract for your corporate group’s accommodations, meeting space and venue needs.
